Pricing and S.I. No. 636/2023 — frequently asked questions

Does the pack include the Accessibility Statement required by S.I. No. 636/2023?+
Yes. The Statement Generator produces an Accessibility Statement aligned with the information requirements of Regulation 13 of S.I. No. 636/2023 — covering economic-operator identification, scope, conformance level against EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), non-accessible content with justification, a feedback mechanism, and identification of the CCPC as lead competent authority (with the relevant sectoral authority where applicable). The same generator produces a parallel statement for public-sector bodies under S.I. No. 358/2020.
Does the pack cover the Annex IV technical file?+
Yes. The Conformity Generator produces the technical file required by Annex IV of Directive (EU) 2019/882, which is reproduced by reference in S.I. No. 636/2023. It includes the product description, technical specification, list of harmonised standards applied (EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), incorporating WCAG 2.1 Level AA), and an EU Declaration of Conformity in the form set out in Annex V.
Is there a free plan for microenterprises providing services?+
Microenterprises providing covered services are exempt from the substantive accessibility requirements (Article 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882, reflected in S.I. 636/2023): fewer than 10 employees AND either turnover not exceeding €2 million or balance sheet total not exceeding €2 million. Even where the derogation applies, we recommend documenting eligibility. We provide several free, no-registration tools (contrast checker, heading-structure analyser, EAA quiz) for microenterprises and individual practitioners.
Is the subscription refunded if the CCPC opens an investigation?+
